24-hour Self Access

MyWay Climbing Gym offers 24-hour self-access to the gym via a SmartLock system. Weekdays are unstaffed and members are welcome to come climb any time without reservations. During weekdays, new members and trial customers are welcome to make a reservation: https://fukuoka-westside-climbing-myway.com/reservations. Weekends are staffed from 12:00~20:00 on Saturdays and 10:00~20:00 on Sundays, so no reservations are required.

Please note that the gym will be closed every Saturday 10:00~12:00 for Kids School. Additional closures (e.g., for changing holds, private parties, etc.) will be posted on the white board in the gym and on the home page of the gym at least two weeks in advance.

MyWay Climbing Gymは、スマートロックシステムにより24時間セルフアクセスが可能です。平日は無人営業で、会員は予約なしでいつでもクライミングに来ることができます。平日は、新規会員登録や体験をしたい方は、https://fukuoka-westside-climbing-myway.com/reservations、でご予約をお願いいたします。週末は、土曜日は12:00~20:00、日曜日は10:00~20:00の間、スタッフが入ってるので、予約は不要です。

土曜日10:00~12:00のキッズスクールの時間帯は、ジムはお休みとなります。その他、ホールドのリセットや貸切などによる休業は、2週間前までにジム内のホワイトボードとジムのホームページでお知らせします。

セルフアクセスシステムを利用するには、ジムの会員であり、デジタル登録されていることが必要です。

新規会員の方は、予約をして、スタッフと一緒に来店することができます。(初心者の方も大歓迎です！)

既存会員の方は、オンラインでデジタル登録が可能です。(登録処理に最大224時間かかりますのでご了承ください)

Registration

To use the self-access system, you must be a member of the gym and be digitally registered.

New members can make a reservation to visit the gym with a staff member (beginners are welcome!).

Existing members can digitally register online (please allow for up to 24 hours to process your registration).

Access to the facility is granted via a smart lock service provided by akerun. The door can be opened via the akerun smartphone app or by any pre-registered IC card.

① App: after registering, you will be sent a link to download the akerun app. After logging in, simply push the "open" button to unlock the door.

② IC Card: to use an IC card, the card must be registered in-person with a staff member. If you'd like to use an IC card, please make a reservation.

*Any IC card can be registered. We also sell MyWay IC cards for ¥800.
**It is possible to use either access method or both.

施設への入退室は、akerunが提供するスマートロックサービスを利用しています。akerunのスマートフォンアプリ、または事前に登録したICカードで開錠することができます。

① アプリ：登録後、Akerunアプリをダウンロードするためのリンクが送信されます。ログイン後、「開ける」ボタンを押すだけで解錠できます。

② ICカード：ICカードのご利用には、スタッフとの直接の登録が必要です。その際はご予約をお願いします。

※どのICカードでも登録可能。MyWayのICカードも800円で販売している。
※※どちらかのアクセス方法を使用することも、両方を使用することも可能である。

If purchasing a pass or rental shoes is necessary, please follow the signs posted at the reception desk.

Cash payers can purchase a ticket from the ticket vending machine. Cashless customers (PayPay, credit card, e-money) can use the iPad to pay.

Customers must fill in the reception sheet and keep track of their own passes (remaining visits, expiration date, etc.).

パス・レンタルシューズの購入が必要な場合は、受付に掲示されている案内に従ってください。

現金払いのお客様は、券売機でチケットを購入することができます。キャッシュレス（PayPay、クレジットカード、電子マネー）のお客様は、当ジムのiPadでお支払いが可能です。

お客様は受付表に記入し、自分のパスを管理しなければならない（残りの来場回数、有効期限など）。

※ご自身のアクセスはご自身で誠実に管理してください。アクセスデータの確認の上、不正な利用が発覚した場合は、利用を停止することがあります。
